Your Belt Tracs- Basic Information

When you begin Martial Arts at Karate
N Motion, you start off as a white belt. From there your maturation
to black belt, and beyond to Master's begins. We are the only
Karate school offering a Master's Trac in Karate and Aiki
Jutsu where you will become qualified to teach, start your
own dojo, and obtain a 5th degree belt! |

We have structured the promotions to encourage progress
and motivation. We do not rush to the Black Belt. You must
complete the required courses (see course requirement guidelines)
which are organized into Yellow, Green, Black Belt and Master'sTracs
providing you with innovative & advanced technical education!
Please note: not all students will move through each belt,
based on the amount of classes you attend a week you may complete
courses quicker and therefore move through the ranks at a
faster pace than someone attending 1 class per week. |

(Note: The above rankings are for Youth Belts. There
are no Junior Belts for adult students. Promotions are usually
held 2 times per year, but a student may get promoted half
belts on the spot when completion of course requirements.
A major testing is held each spring.) |
