Green Belt to Black Belt:

You must have completed the Green Belt Trac to become a matriculating student on the “Black Belt Trac” We encourage all students at the Green Belt level to attend 3 classes per week, which would make you an unlimited member. Attending 3 or more classes per week can take you from Green Belt to a Black Belt with in 24 months! Also as an unlimited student on the Black Belt Trac you are also invited to attend all special Black Belt Work outs and Advanced Weapons.
 
 
 
  Advanced Kata: 6 sessions-optional  
  Bag Work: 10 sessions  
  Adult Karate-Wed night: 9 sessions  
Advanced Weapons: 6 optional  
 
 
  Youth: Monday Advanced Kid Safe - (6); Wednesday Adult Black Belt Curriculum Karate at 6:30 (9); Thursday and Saturday Karate (9); Thursday 5:30 Bag Work (10); Thursday and Saturday Sparring Tips Karate (6); (Optional) Intermediate/advanced Kata (6); Optional Intermediate/advanced Weapons (6)  
Adults: Monday & Wednesday Adult Karate (20). Intermediate Kata (6); Aikijutsu or Self Defense; optional - Beginner Weapons, All About Hands, All About Kicks; Independant Studies with advanced belt mentors.
 
 
Once completed all the above courses you will have learned the following:

Blocks: a. All Green Belt Proficiencies (Advanced) b. Block And Pop Studies from all fighting stances - Advanced c. Applied Defensive Scoring - Tactical Planning - 5 proficiencies d. Competition studies converting defensive attacks into offensive initiatives - 3 applications in 5 different fighting stances

Movement: a. All Green Belt Proficiencies (Advanced) b. Step Out "4 step kata" movement c. Step Back "4 step kata" movement d. Movement tactics - converting Defense to Offense - e. Closing Distance - f. Movement demonstrate how to examples inwhich (1) Split Time, (2) Dead Time, and (3) Double Time are the applicable timing set ups & e. Use extension, hesitation, & drag pattern movement from various stances and in competition using various timings.

Blows: a. All Green Belt Proficiencies (Advanced) b. Punching studies from all fighting stances, i.e. demonstrate proficiencies in backhands from Fighting Stance, Kangaroo Style, Mongoose Style, Back Stance and Cat Stance c. Offensive and Defensive Attack Study using Blows in various timing patterns d. Self Defense & Blows - (Advanced) e. Speed Studies (with distance analysis inc.), i.e. Principle of the Blitz ( which includes: Running in Reverse Punch, Lunge Punch and Ridge Hands); The Timing and Execution of "Fast Step lead leg Back Hands" in double time; How to deliver "Hooks off the Jab"; the secret to effectively fast "One-Two Punch Combos" - etc.

Self Defense: a. All Green Belt Proficiencies (Advanced) b. Kid Safe & Aikijutsu - Advanced Wrist Locks and Escapes Study (6) Standing, Spinning, and Floor Sweeps; Advanced Rolls and Breakfall Kata Study; (6) choke hokd escapes; (6) sitting counter attacks; Aikijutsu Kata Part Three; Advanced Balance Study #2; Intermediate/advanced Pressue Points Study #2 ; Intermediate/advanced Escort; Intermediate/advanced Defense Against Multiple Opponents.

One Step Punch Study: a. (10) using All Green Belt Proficiencies (Add Advanced Proficiencies to): "Block & Pop" Defenses vrs Weave Step Punch - First Study - Using Inside take, Outside take, Scoop, Reverse, & Up take...with simple counter attacks using at least (5) take downs via sweeps, (3) take down via flips, (4) block and Pop using a kick (s) as a counter, and at least (5) counters using punches

Kicks: a. All Green Belt Proficiencies (Advanced) b. All Kicks as Jump Kicks; All Kicks as Flying Kicks; All Kicks as Extension Kicks; All Kicks in combination with and without hands; The Study of the Spinning Kick; The Study of the Skipping Kick

Kata Study: a. All Green Belt Proficiencies Intermediate/advanced; b. Optional study of advanced Kata - Sunami; Arashi Bo #2; KnM - Ninjitsu; Bai Sai Dai; Katana; Kama; Sai; etc.
